The dehumidifier dryer system (compressor, evaporator, condenser) reduces the temperature of the surface cooler below the dew point temperature of the air, and a fan draws moist air into the machine for heat exchange with the surface cooler. The humid air When the water vapor is condensed and formed into water droplets, it is discharged out of the body or into the water tank in the body, and dry air is discharged into the room. This circulation reduces the indoor humidity, and the humid space achieves a dry effect.
Industrial dehumidification dryers can also choose temperature-regulating dryers, which can adjust the temperature by themselves according to the degree of dryness of the product. Heavy-duty industrial dehumidification dryers are general, but general air dehumidification and drying are also available for drying. The working principle of this basic solution is: pour the cleaned and crushed plastic into the feeding box, start the motor, and the motor drives the first fan to rotate. When the first fan rotates, a large amount of airflow is generated, and the airflow gradually removes all plastic Blow into the spiral tube.
