The drying of plastic raw materials is an indispensable process to ensure the quality of products. Compared with ordinary PC materials, because PET macromolecules contain fat bases, PET has very strong water absorption, and pellets are more sensitive to water at high temperatures. When the moisture content exceeds the limit, the molecular weight of PET decreases during processing, and the product becomes colored and brittle. Therefore, pretreatment before processing is very important. The materials must be dried before processing. The drying temperature is 150°C for more than 4 hours, generally 170°C for 3-4 hours. It is difficult to reduce the moisture in PET below the dew point required for processing with ordinary drying. Once the PET is not sufficiently dried, the punched product will become more brittle, and you will not see it from the appearance.

Relative to ordinary dryers, the three-in-one dehumidifying dryer adopts a dedicated computer controller for control to ensure the drying of plastic particles, and the molecular sieve regeneration process, strictly in accordance with the program set in the computer, and automatically and continuously cycle. This machine can be operated automatically or manually. Simple and convenient, reliable work.
The three-in-one dehumidification dryer can provide dehydrated low dew point dry hot air flow. This air flow can take away the moisture in the plastic to be processed to meet the requirements of plastic processing.
For hygroscopic plastics, moisture will enter the plastic pellets and form molecular bonds. These plastics can only use dehumidifying hot air to remove moisture. The dehumidification dryer provides the airflow for the hopper to dry. It is dehumidified by molecular sieve with extremely high adsorption of water molecules, reduces the air dew point, and then blasts it into the hopper. At this time, the working airflow is available to dry the plastic. The three main elements: flow rate, temperature and low dew point. When this airflow passes through the hopper, not only can the moisture on the surface of the plastic be evaporated and taken away, but also the crystal water inside the plastic molecules can be removed, which ultimately guarantees the requirements before plastic processing and molding.
